He holds a bachelor’s degree, completed the Management Development Program through AchieveGlobal (now Korn Ferry), and is a certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional.

As Managing Partner of Aker Development, he leads the company’s vision, strategy, and construction operations, providing strategic oversight of project planning, budgeting, and execution. With more than a decade of leadership experience in the construction industry, including managing complex operations within the HVAC sector, Daniel brings deep expertise in systems development, process optimization, and organizational leadership. He is passionate about building scalable organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating operational systems that deliver consistent value for investors, partners, and clients.

With more than 15 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and operator, Vlad has been involved in every stage of the development process—from sourcing and underwriting opportunities to design, construction, and project execution. Through the co-founding of Aker Development, he helped build a vertically integrated development platform that provides Corent Capital with greater control over quality, timelines, and project outcomes.
