Vlad Kovtun is the Co-Founder of Corent Capital and Aker Development, where he leads the vision, strategy, acquisitions, and product development of the firm’s real estate investments. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping long-term strategy, and fostering strong relationships with investors and strategic partners.

With more than 15 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and operator, Vlad has been involved in every stage of the development process—from sourcing and underwriting opportunities to design, construction, and project execution. Through the co-founding of Aker Development, he helped build a vertically integrated development platform that provides Corent Capital with greater control over quality, timelines, and project outcomes.

Vlad has also co-founded several successful businesses across multiple industries. He is passionate about building exceptional teams, cultivating long-term partnerships, and creating win-win opportunities that generate lasting value for investors, partners, and the communities Corent Capital serves.

Daniel Kovalev is the Co-Founder of Corent Capital and Aker Development. As Managing Partner of Aker Development, he leads the company’s vision, strategy, and construction operations, providing strategic oversight of project planning, budgeting, and execution. His leadership ensures every development is built on disciplined cost management, exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality.

Daniel oversees Aker Development’s team of construction professionals and is responsible for delivering Corent Capital’s projects from preconstruction through completion. With a hands-on leadership style, he has built a reputation for executing complex developments efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality, schedule, and financial performance.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in the construction industry, including managing complex operations within the HVAC sector, Daniel brings deep expertise in systems development, process optimization, and organizational leadership. He is passionate about building scalable organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating operational systems that deliver consistent value for investors, partners, and clients.

Vlad Ponomarenko is a Partner at Corent Capital, where he co-leads the firm’s long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational development. He brings extensive executive leadership experience, helping guide the company through strategic planning, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

Throughout his career, Vlad has built a proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading organizational transformation across startups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises. His expertise includes developing and executing growth strategies, repositioning businesses, and optimizing both talent and assets to maximize long-term enterprise value. He is known for combining strategic vision with disciplined execution to help organizations achieve sustainable success.

In addition to his role at Corent Capital, Vlad serves as a management advisor to Aker Development and leads a strategy consulting firm focused on helping businesses scale through effective leadership, operational improvement, and strategic execution. He holds a bachelor’s degree, completed the Management Development Program through AchieveGlobal (now Korn Ferry), and is a certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional.
